* With reference to the Goods and Services Tax (Rate of Tax) (Amendment) Order 2018 issued by the Government of Malaysia, please be informed that MFAC2018 will apply the GST rate change from 6% to 0% effective 1 June 2018. For further information, please visit the official GST website at www.gst.customs.gov.my

 

A second paper could be presented by the same author with an additional payment of 20% of the conference fee.

Registration fees include conference admission, conference kits, lunches, and refreshments. These fees do NOT include the accommodation and transportation.

Accompanying persons: The conference is not offering an accompanying person's registration fee. Any person wishing to attend any part of the conference must register as a participant.

Payment Procedures

Payment can be made through:

1. By Credit Card/FPX/Internet Banking

b. Follow all required steps as instructed.
c. Note : for 'payment for' choose registration fee"'
d. Note : for 'description' : key in 'MFAC 2018'

Please print and keep the notification of payment made as proof of payment. Scan and email the proof of payment to the secretariat at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. You are required to show the proof of payment to the secretariat on the registration day. Failure to do so will result in your name being not listed as presenter/ participant.

2. Bank Transfer

Transfer should be made to the following account:

Please write a remark "REGISTRATION FEE FOR MFAC 2018"

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or by fax to +604 928 6752 for us to verify the transaction.  Please kindly write down the participant / presenter name, paper ID (if you are a presenter), date and time of the transfer, country and city of origin.

3. Local Cheque

All cheques should be made payable to "UNIVERSITI UTARA MALAYSIA".
Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment
Kindly indicate your name, paper ID (if you are a presenter) and contact number at the back of the cheque and send it to:
